- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Looking for a family doctor? Look elsewhere, this practice is a joke. Whether it's the 4+ week wait to get an appointment, to Dr. Heaton not caring about your problems (in pain? Put some cream on and hope it heals itself!), to the incredibly rude office staff, I'm actually ashamed to say this is my family doctor. More often than not I find myself sitting in the emergency room for anything that requires any real attention because I know I won't be able to get an appointment when it's needed.by Taylor CourageJune 07, 2017
